This study aims to describe the analysis of level student satisfaction with service quality at Faculty Economics and Islamic Business, IAIN Samarinda. research was conducted by distributing questionnaires 120 students class 2017 Department, Smarinda, in order obtain primary data, namely direct information from respondents about what they felt getting services Department Economics, FEBI The questionnaire this taken randomly divided into 5 aspects customer satisfaction, tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance, empathy system aspects. findings evaluation indicated that tangible aspect satisfied majority students.
